Jesus Heals Infertility

The Scriptures declare the LORD’s BLESSING and promises of fruitfulness for His people, His children. There are many married couples that are grieving over their inability to get pregnant or have a baby. There is good news. The Lord heals the brokenhearted and those who mourn (Psalm 147:3; Isaiah 61:1-3; Luke 4:18-19) and has declared His BLESSING over you! Jesus invites you to come to Him and let Him take your burden, cares and sorrow and He will give you His joy and peace (Matthew 11:28-30; 1 Peter 5:7; John 14:27; 15:11; 2 Corinthians 12:9; Hebrews 1:9).

God’s original BLESSING over Adam and Eve was for mankind to be fruitful and to multiply; to fill the earth and subdue it (Genesis 1:27-28). Then sin entered and that changed everything. But God had a plan to redeem mankind and continue this BLESSING as seen through the Old Testament covenants, He made with Noah, Abraham and Moses, etc. which culminated in the New Covenant we have through Jesus Christ. (See https://alexiscarucci.com/2019/05/13/the-blessing-of-the-lord-brings-abundant-life/)

God the Father’s heart has always been to BLESS mankind and once spoken, the BLESSING can never be removed from the earth! We have access to the BLESSING the Spirit promised Abraham through Christ and it is received by grace and activated by faith (Romans 4:13 – 25; Galatians 3:7 – 14, 28 – 29). We see in the Bible it is God’s will for male and female married couples (Genesis 2:22-25) to procreate and have families (Genesis 1:27-28) so I will be basing my discussion on this truth. If you want to have a child or children, it is the Father’s heart to BLESS you.

We see examples in the Bible of women that were not able to conceive and through their faith in God, prayer and obedience their wombs were opened and they had children in God’s timing i.e. Sarah (Hebrews 11:11); Rebekah (Genesis 25:21); Rachel (Genesis 30:22); Hannah (1 Samuel 1:11, 17); Elizabeth (Luke 1:36 – 37).

You may think that it only happened for them because God had a bigger plan for mankind that included them. But God is not a respecter of persons (Acts 10:34) and He doesn’t change (Malachi 3:6; Hebrews 13:8). He is good; He is faithful; and He is love, keeping His covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commandments (Deuteronomy 7:9). He has good plans for you and your children (Jeremiah 29:11; Psalm 84:11). It is the enemy who is trying to kill the next generation through infertility and abortion. Jesus came to bring abundant life (John 10:10).

Let hope and faith arise in your heart (Hebrews 11:1) to conceive a child and to have children as you read and meditate on the following promises of God. Declare them over your family daily. Don’t let unbelief get in the way from seeing Jesus’ miracle working power in your life. Unbelief believes something other than what God has said about a situation. We can overcome unbelief by knowing God’s will (Romans 10:17), by rejecting fear and the lies of the enemy (1 John 4:18; Philippians 4:6-8) and believing in God’s love (1 John 4:16).

Remember, God’s Word is His will, there is nothing too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:27), all things are possible with God (Mark 10:27), all things are possible to him who believes (Mark 9:23) and we shall see the glory of God in our lives when we believe Him (John 11:40)!

“So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.” Exodus 23:25, 26 (NKJV)

“You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you, or among your livestock.” Deuteronomy 7:14 (NKJV)

“Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks. And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.” Deuteronomy 28:4, 11 (NKJV)

“I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; that you may love the LORD your God, that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him, for He is your life, and the length of your days; and that you may dwell in the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give them.” Deuteronomy 30:19, 20 (NKJV)

He grants the barren woman a home, like a joyful mother of children. Praise the LORD! Psalm 113:9 (NKJV)

Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them; they shall not be ashamed, but shall speak with their enemies in the gate. Psalm 127:4, 5 (NKJV)

Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, who walks in His ways. When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the very heart of your house, your children like olive plants all around your table. Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the LORD. Psalm 128:1 – 4 (NKJV)

Children are precious to the Lord (Isaiah 54:13; Matthew 18:10; Mark 9:37; Mark 10:14). It doesn’t matter how the child was conceived; every child is a gift from the Lord (Genesis 33:5; 45:9; Joshua 24:3; Psalm 127:3; Proverbs 17:6). Every good and perfect gift is from the Father above (James 1:17). The child is a gift and a Blessing regardless of any sin committed by their parents or ancestors. The Lord wants to heal you from the effects of sin and any emotional wounds, guilt, shame or condemnation brought about by sin (John 3:17; 1 John 1:9; 2:1; Psalm 40:11-12; 103:1-12) whether it is your sin (i.e. getting pregnant outside of marriage; adultery; having an abortion) or someone else’s sin that affects you (i.e. molestation, incest, generational sins through your ancestors).

For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashion for me, when as yet there were none of them. Psalm 139:13 – 16 (NKJV)

We already know it is His will based on the Scriptures that we have looked at and that we receive everything God gives us by grace through faith. Some people come with the mindset that they don’t deserve to be healed or to have a child if they believe the condition may be their fault i.e. thinking they may not be good enough to be healed or because of past or current sin in their lives. We don’t receive from God based on our merits or performance so we don’t deserve it but is based on what Jesus Christ has done and our faith in Him, His blood and the finished work on the cross alone. And when we sin, we ask for His forgiveness and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and unrighteousness (1 John 1:9; Romans 8:1). We receive by His grace as we come humbly before Him so that the power of Jesus can flow in us and through us (1 Peter 5:5 – 6). Prayer is an expression of grace.

It is important to pray God’s Word back to Him as the answer to infertility and for healing, supernatural conception and a healthy full pregnancy (See the Scriptures above). If you are one of God’s children, He has redeemed you from the curse of infertility.

When we pray, we can have confidence in God and His Word (See verses below). We must keep our eyes on Jesus and what He has done through the cross and not on our circumstances or our physical situation. Forgiveness may need to be extended to people for saying unkind things and to break negative words spoken over you i.e. “you’ll never get pregnant,” “you are infertile, barren,” “maybe it’s God’s will,” etc. and you may even need to ask forgiveness if you have blamed God. Get rid of worry and anxiety which is fear based and will contaminate your faith (1 Peter 5:7; Philippians 4:6, 7).

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. 1 John 5:14, 15 (NKJV)

“And whatever you ask in My Name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My Name, I will do it.” John 14:13 – 14 (NKJV)

“Until now you have asked nothing in My Name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” John 16:24 (NKJV)

“If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” John 15:7 (NKJV)

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. 2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV)

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them and you will have them. And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.” Mark 11:22 – 25 (NKJV)

Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.” Matthew 18:19, 20 (NKJV)

Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered. 1 Peter 3:7 (NKJV)

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. 1 Peter 3:12 (NKJV)

Jesus is holding the key of David which is the key that opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:7-10; Isaiah 22:22, 23). When He opens the door, it is the door of love! He wants to BLESS you but He waits for your permission to give you these things and for you to come into agreement with Him through His Word. If you would like Him to open the door to your womb and have children of your own, this scriptural prayer is a great place to start. Pray it over you and your family.

As you are praying, see yourself with a child and as a family. As an act of faith, ask the Lord to help you pick out a name for the child He will give you or pick out a toy or outfit for the baby. Remember, faith without works is dead! Then start praising and thanking Him for that child right now and continue until you are holding that child in your arms. Prayer, praise and worship are keys that will open the door for you to receive from Him. Expect your miracle because Jesus wants to give you one!

Delight yourself also in the LORD, and He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. Psalm 37:4, 5 (NKJV)

Prayer

Father, as Your children, we come to you and thank You that we have been redeemed from the curse of the law, and You have promised us all the BLESSINGS of Abraham. We expect to receive all of these BLESSINGS because we are in covenant with You through Christ Jesus.

Father, we desire to have a baby, and since Your Word says that children are a gift from You, we expect to have a normal, healthy baby. We receive healing for our bodies and souls so that we can receive the BLESSING of children into our lives.

We forgive all those who have hurt us or said things against us and we break the power of any negative words spoken over us, our family, our future and children yet to come in the Name of Jesus. We ask that You would forgive us for any sins that we have committed and forgive any sins in our family/generational line that has not been repented of in Jesus Name.

We break all assignments that the enemy has put up against us and forbid him to hinder this pregnancy or childbirth in any way. We declare that the enemy is bound from working in our lives according to the Word of God in Matthew 18:18 that whatever we bind on this earth will be bound in heaven and whatever we loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. We receive the peace of God to flood our hearts and minds right now in Jesus Name.

Since (insert wife’s name) has been redeemed from the curse, we ask that You would open her womb and that she would carry that child full-term. Your Word says You will BLESS the fruit of her womb, and Your Word says she will lose none of her young by miscarriage or be barren, and that you will keep her safe through childbearing. We believe, according to Your Word, that she will have a beautiful pregnancy with no suffering during it. Thank You, Father, for hearing and answering our prayers and for faithfully watching over Your Word to perform it.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing and answering our prayers. We love and appreciate You and look forward to seeing Your goodness and love manifested in our lives with the birth of this promised child; in Jesus Name, Amen.

May He grant you according to your heart’s desire, and fulfill all your purpose. Psalm 20:4 (NKJV)
